LEASING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, legal administrative tasks, and excellent customer relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and provide information about available apartments
- Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring all required documents are completed accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current leasing availability, market conditions, and competitor pricing
- Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and follow-up with prospects
- Handle resident inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with maintenance team to address unit readiness for move-ins
Skills
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to leasing contracts
- Strong sales skills with the ability to secure leases efficiently
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Proficient in general office tasks with strong phone etiquette
