Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leasing Management: Ensure effective leasing techniques are implemented to obtain closure, follow-up procedures are met, signing/documentation of leases, and reporting systems are accurate and up-to-date.
- Marketing Management: Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and marketing budget, implementing all marketing efforts and outreach to generate traffic.
