We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Community Assistant to join our team in Cookeville, TN. In this on-site role, you will support resident engagement efforts by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with community activities, and fostering a welcoming and vibrant community environment. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating events, supporting leasing and sales initiatives, and serving as a point of contact for residents and prospective tenants. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to build connections and positively impact the community while working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
- Strong Customer Service and Community Service skills to provide support and foster positive relationships among residents and prospective tenants.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively interact with community members and team members.
- Event Planning skills with a creative mindset and the ability to organize and lead engaging activities and events for residents.
- Basic understanding of Sales principles and experience in promoting community features and leasing opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with property management or community building is an advantage, though not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
