Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Community Assistant located in Tallahassee, FL. The Community Assistant will support day-to-day operations, assist in fostering a welcoming community environment, and maintain communication with current and prospective residents. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, planning and executing community events, promoting community amenities, and assisting with sales and leasing efforts. The role involves facilitating communication between team members and residents to ensure positive interactions and effective problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Community Service skills to ensure positive experiences for residents and visitors
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with residents, staff, and potential tenants
- Experience in Event Planning and organizing community activities
- Basic understanding of Sales and leasing processes is beneficial
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
