Event Staff
Location: Varies by event
Schedule: Part-time / Event-based (Evenings & Weekends Required)
Pay Rate: $14–$18 per hour
Position Overview
Event Staff support the execution of live events by assisting guests and completing set-up and breakdown tasks. Event Staff report to the Event Lead or Event Manager (client’s onsite representative, if present).
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event elements, including candles and décor
- Assist with ticketing, ushering, and guest flow
- Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with load-out and post-event cleanup
Dress Code (Required)
- All black attire (Black pants or jeans with a black collared shirt or T-Shirt)
- All black shoes only — no white or any other colors
- No logos, graphics, or branding
- No rips, tears, sweatpants, or leggings
- Professional appearance required throughout the event
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting during event shifts
- Event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
