Qualifications:
- Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer and shuttle lift effectively and safely is required
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) not required but highly preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
Job Description:
- Check in, organize and stage materials required for production personnel to ensure the continuation of shop activities.
- Check-in and inspection of trucks and equipment arriving, movement of trucks on property as well as periodic test driving as needed.
- Clean / Detail new builds and company equipment.
- Evaluate condition of the facility interior and exterior and perform minor repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate with Service and/or Production Manager about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
- Keep building in clean and orderly condition by performing minor cleaning duties not performed by our cleaning service as needed.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on premises.
Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience in heavy trucks and/or equipment operation.
- Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer and shuttle lift safely
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to climb heights, lift to 60 lbs. and climb ladders.
- Working experience performing maintenance and repairs is desired.
- Commercial Drivers License (A or B) would be desired.
