Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work with senior team members to understand customer requirements from documents like drawings and bills of materials (BOMs).
· Assist in gathering the necessary information to prepare cost estimates for materials and labor.
· Help prepare and review proposal quotes before they are sent to customers.
Qualifications and skills:
· 1-2 years of experience in an office environment.
· Strong desire to learn about quoting in the electronics industry.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
· A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
· An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
