The custodian works on site and keeps the buildings clean and functional and grounds clean, and also ensures that all aspects of the facilities are safe, welcoming and comfortable for students, staff and public.
•Keeps buildings and grounds clean and orderly
•Sweeps, scrubs, finishes floors
•Empties and cleans waste receptacles
•Cleans and disinfects toilets and sanitary facilities
•Washes windows, walls, blinds, metal work, etc
•Maintains equipment and materials
•Moves, arranges and adjusts furniture and equipment
•Other duties as assigned
Salary : $24 - $31
