Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY – the global leader in opening solutions - is hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating across departments to resolve discrepancies. Key Responsibilities
- Verify, classify, and process invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Ensure timely payment processing while maximizing available discounts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve past due balances
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external partners
- Assist with monthly accruals and financial close processes
- Analyze expense data and support financial reporting for management
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoice status
- Maintain organized documentation of all payable transactions
- Provide backup support to the Accounts Payable Manager, including payment processing and employee expense reimbursement coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, automated Accounts Payable environment
- Strong knowledge of a full Chart of Accounts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform ten-key by touch

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and we understand the value of work-life balance. Our office hours are 7:30 – 5:30pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30-11:30a Fridays.
