What You’ll Lead & Deliver
🌟 Customer Excellence:
Ensure outstanding service delivery, act as an escalation point for key accounts, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
💡 Modernisation & Extension (ME) Growth:
Identify upgrade opportunities across hardware, software, and digital solutions to drive revenue and lifecycle value.
📊 Financial Performance:
Manage regional budget, deliver revenue and margin targets, support invoicing and AR processes, and ensure commercial accuracy.
⚙️ Operational Efficiency:
Optimise service processes, ensure SLA compliance, manage resource allocation, and coordinate project delivery.
👥 Team Leadership & Development:
Coach and develop the NSW service team, drive technical competency, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
✔ Proven experience in service operations, project management, or technical leadership (3 years).
✔ Strong people management and customer relationship skills.
✔ Commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and margin performance.
✔ Process-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
✔ Technical background (Engineering/IT/Electronics) advantageous.
✔ Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, CRM systems, BI reporting, etc.
