Ceco Door (an ASSA ABLOY branded company) is expanding our Pricing Team and is hiring a Pricing Estimator. This role will be based onsite out of our manufacturing facility located in Milan, TN.

What would you do as our Pricing Estimator?
You will maintain an industry leading position for quick and accurate responses to customer’s pricing inquiries. This position will work closely with our distribution partners to provide pricing for both standard and non-standard Ceco product requests.
You would also:
- Develop pricing for standard and custom items.
- Interface with customers (internal & external) regarding pricing inquiries
- Prepare estimates based on customer take-offs for special projects.
- Analyze product mix to support marketing and management decisions.
- Respond to phone, fax or email inquiries from distributors regarding custom or special products.
- Provide hardware application support to Customer Service as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced, intense environment, with little supervision and the ability to complete assignments with a sense of urgency.
- Continually promotes a safe and harmonious working environment, demonstrating strict adherence to the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct and ASSA ABLOY Health & Safety Policy
The Skills and Experience you need:
- High School diploma or GED required. Post High School education preferred.
- 8-10 years of technical product or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Completion of at least one DHI Training course or Ceco correspondence course.
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and analytical problem solving skills.
- Excellent math and conceptual skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing is required.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of ASSA ABLOY product line is a plus. This includes door and hardware function and application.
- Knowledge of ASSA ABLOY’s TrackPoint quoting system, COW, EDGE & Hardware Store preferred.
- Ability to interpret physical hardware and hardware template details in order to provide accurate pricing and door/frame preparations.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
