What would you do as our Operations Supervisor?
You’ll oversee daily production operations for a 30 person team, lead continuous improvement efforts, and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
You would also:
- Lead production operations across frame manufacturing, door frames, door modification, and welding cells
- Maximize productivity while minimizing waste and inefficiencies
- Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output
- Plan and schedule resources to meet production goals
- Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Train, coach, and develop team members to support flexibility and growth
- Maintain safe equipment, tools, and work environments
- Implement quality control standards and corrective actions
- Collaborate with leadership to execute operational strategies and budgets
- Special assignments as assigned
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in metal forming or similar manufacturing environments preferred
- Exposure to lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ERP system experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
