Willingness to work overtime a must. Electrical and welding experience is beneficial.

Job Requirements:
- - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- - 3–5 years of experience in using hand and power tools
- - 3-5 years of commercial coiling overhead door installation and repairs
- - Stick welding experience
- - Ability to install edge of docks and weld on bumpers
- - Electrical experience with installing motor operators and gate operators
- - Ability to run floor loops
- - Ability to troubleshoot high speed doors
- - Experience using hoists or cranes to handle steel coils (training/certification a plus).
- - Knowledge of 18-to-24-gauge sheet metal properties and safe handling practices.
- - Ability to read drawings and use basic measurement tools.
- - Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and documentation.
- - Good communication and teamwork skills.
- - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
- - Ability to climb extension ladders
- - Experience with safe operation of scissor lift and forklift
