Role Description
The Financial Planning Analyst is a full-time on-site role located in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data to inform key decisions, building and maintaining financial models, and providing insights to optimize business performance. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additional tasks involve preparing financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting & Forecasting
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting financial data
- Experience with Finance and Financial Modeling
- Proficiency with financial systems and software such as Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) considered a plus
- Hospitality industry experience is beneficial but not required
