Job Summary:

The Lubrication Technician is responsible for performing lubrication maintenance tasks on construction and industrial equipment. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction and industrial services projects. The Lubrication Technician must possess a strong knowledge of lubrication techniques, equipment, and materials and adhere to AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and protocols.

• Perform routine lubrication tasks on construction and industrial equipment, including but not limited to greasing, oil changes, and fluid level checks.
• Inspect and assess equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or other maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of lubrication activities, including quantities used and equipment serviced.
• Follow established maintenance schedules and prioritize work based on equipment needs and project requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of lubrication tasks

Requirements and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Class A CDL and hazmat certification or ability to get them.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing lubrication maintenance on construction or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment lubrication requirements and industry standards.
• Familiarity with relevant lubrication tools and equipment.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour construction training.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, lubrication techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with different types of lubricants, their applications, and appropriate usage.
• Ability to interpret equipment manuals and specifications to determine lubrication requirements.
• Basic understanding of construction and industrial equipment and their lubrication points.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report maintenance needs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify lubrication issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Customer service skills to interact with clients or project stakeholders.
• The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively jumps, sprints or throws objects.
• The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination.
• The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.
• The employee must have excellent stamina.

Preferred Requirements and Education:

• Relevant certifications or licenses, such as a lubrication technician certification, are preferred.
