ASRC Federal Cyber, LLC is seeking a SME Training Courseware Support to support our Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) Information Warfare Force Readiness Type Commander (TYCOM) Support contract.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Create and develop IW training courseware, providing standardized products for WTI and Fleet training initiatives. Assess current training materials, refine and standardize products. Ability to update training courseware to new concepts and TTPs. Generate associated documents/manuals that support student understanding and provides references for future use.
- Interact with staff and mission Area departments (MADs) SMEs to understand necessary baseline training objectives and receipt of "raw" training materials. Prepare and maintain project objectives and milestones (POA&M) plan to update.
- Participate in weekly staff planning meetings, provide products and review "raw" material for recommended updates. Attend meetings, conferences, and workshops regarding current and future training courseware development and integration.
- 5 years of IW experience with 1 years in Navy training support
- Expertise in training courseware development and ability to transition Navy doctrine/TTPs to training courseware
- Superior computer skills in document/manual development, PowerPoint and training briefs.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
