Security Monitor
The primary responsibility of the Security Monitor is to ensure all incoming calls are transferred to the respective departments per contractual requirements. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group.

Security Monitor
The primary responsibility of the Security Monitor is to ensure all incoming calls are transferred to the respective departments per contractual requirements. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group.
Key Role/Responsibilities
- Answers and/or directs incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel or agency department
- Types memorandums or routine letters of correspondence
- Answers routine (oral and written) inquiries
- Ensures visitors are properly signed in, badged and assigned to an approved escort
- Verifies visual identity for government personnel before entering secure space
- Other duties as assigned.
- Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Confidentiality
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Effectively communicate with team members both verbal and written.
- US Citizenship, due to nature of work performed and contract requirement.
- Must pass a government background investigation.
- Work will be performed on-site in Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA
- Experience working in the Government services industry is preferred.
- Physical activities require reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling repetitive motions, walking and standing.
