ASRC Federal is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to support our government contract in Arlington, VA.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide overarching Quality Assurance and Management for the contract.
- Engage with the customer, staff and external groups to design and implement quality-reinforcing processes
- Update contract documentation to follow best-practices and industry standards
- Train staff on process changes related to quality processing
- Ensure contract processes follow CMMI standards
- Provide guidance to staff on quality issues
- Produce metrics tracking the quality of contract deliverables
- Contribute to regular reporting on quality metrics and issues
- Provide reviews of contract deliverables to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide ad hoc reports on quality measures
- Provide Confluence and SharePoint administration to update site content
