Summary: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for dependable and customer oriented Part-Time Bus Drivers to join our team.
Description:
- Drive 15 passenger vans or 37-55 passenger busses, transporting students to and from the airport, hotels, dormitories, and various other locations as needed.
- Verify students' badge before allowing van entry.
- Report any concerns to manager or dispatcher as soon as they occur.
- Fuel and clean vehicles at the end of each shift or as needed.
- Maintain proper uniform and PPE when performing work tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma/GED preferred
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must possess a valid South Carolina commercial driver’s license (CDL) approved by appropriate, Endorsements (P) (S), Federal, State, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations in connection with operating a transportation service.
- Must have superior customer service skills.
- Must be able to support scheduled mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be punctual and able to adjust to schedule changes.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and kneel for long periods of time.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and physical exam.
- Must have one of the following: Military ID, Real ID, Passport
