Description
- Greet guests, take beverage orders from the servers or directly from guests
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products and menus
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, kitchen, and lounge areas within the establishment
- Ensure bar is fully equipped to serve beverages and food
- Inventory and identify shortages for back fill
- Restock bar as needed
- Pre and post clean-up of the bar area to include restrooms and deck
- Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
- Prepare a light menu in line with establishment recipes
- Operate IPad/Square POS to process cash and credit sales
- Create and encourage a pleasant environment for customers
- Promote drink specials, food specials and entertainment
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must possess a REAL ID or Passport.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must possess excellent customer service value
- Must be able to pass a background check and physical
- Must be able to lift 30lbs. unassisted
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Scheduled shifts are Monday -Thurs, 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Friday - Sat, 4:30 pm -12:00 am, Sunday, 1 pm - 10:00 pm
