ASRC Federal is seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to support a federal program’s enterprise financial system Program Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

ASRC Federal is seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to support a federal program’s enterprise financial system Program Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Location: Washington, DC (Across from the Judiciary Square Metro Station)
Responsibilities
- As a member of the PMO, support management of an enterprise financial system operations and maintenance.
- Monitor customer support email inboxes, respond to and triage user inquiries, and track issues through resolution.
- Analyze ticket status and workflows within JIRA.
- Gather financial systems information; perform analysis; define and document Department of Labor (DOL) financial operations business practices.
- Conduct research, identify potential issues/problems, and recommend solutions.
- Review GSA Treasury guidance and Executive Orders related to federal financial management.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document results prior to system change implementations.
- Complete general tasks and assignments as directed by the Program Manager or technical team lead.
- BS/BA in related field with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent work ethic, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JIRA is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with federal accounting is a plus but not required.
