ASRC Federal Highland Technology is seeking a Associate Configuration Management Analyst to support a government customer located in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and maintains systems configuration management processes to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and external products.
- Performs configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard project requirements, configurations, and are logistically sustainable.
- Designs, develops, automates, and maintains productivity tools using programming, database or scripting languages to improve systems modeling and development.
- Designs and implements build procedures that are used to support product development and use. Identifies, collects, catalogs, releases, and manages information throughout the project's lifecycle including archiving and project closeout.
- Implements and manages the appropriate level of access control to protect export controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information.
- May develop systems configuration standards for company-wide use.
- May train developers in the use of configuration management tools and the implementation of product quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Secret level government clearance
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work on-site two days weekly in Rosslyn, Virginia
- Experience using ServiceNow ITSM functionality
- Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence
- Familiarity with Jira
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
