COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
POSITION SUMMARY : The Business Developer is responsible for the development and generation of new business opportunities and income for their assigned markets. This individual will perform activities such as prospecting, leading sales opportunities, generating company awareness through association involvement, use of social media, and other activities as required to generate sales. The Business Developer reports directly to the Branch Manager of with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Director of Business Development. If you are looking for an opportunity to show your sales dominance, this is the position for you. Business Developers have the freedom to grow their book of business and control their earning destiny.
