AES-Ambler’s in-house panel shop allows custom control design/build manufacturing. We have been delivering reliable design of complex electrical systems for over 20 years and are a pioneer in the development of engineering and controls automation.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
There is no travel expected with this position.
Physical Requirements
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Assist with invoicing customers, entering payment
- Assist with collection calls as needed
- Assist with entering bills and credit card charges, coding for correct amount, class, and project
- Assist with processing subcontractor bills
- Assist with processing bills from parts suppliers
- Assist with processing staff reimbursement for payroll processing
- Assist with creating purchase orders for subcontractors and vendors
- Assist with entering vehicle mileage and toll charges
- Assist in general administrative duties and ad hoc admin assignments as needed
- Complete and submit weekly time sheets
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding initiative, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent computer knowledge and advanced skills using QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel are preferred
- A high school diploma
- Working on a Finance/Accounting or related degree
- Driver's License Preferred, but not required
