Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Medical Receptionist II to join our RADIOLOGY team!The Medical Receptionist II functions in the capacity of a Medical Receptionist with additional accountability in supporting administrative functions. The Medical Receptionist II enhances Patient Experience effectiveness and efficiency in collaboration with and under the direction of the department Leadership Team.
HOURS: Full Time 0.8 FTE, 64 Hours Biweekly
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
- Computer experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
