Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a TALENT DELIVERY PARTNER - CONTRACTORS to join our HUMAN RESOURCES team!
The Talent Delivery Partner, reporting to System Director of Talent Delivery, serves as a Business Partner to Client regarding all strategic Talent needs.
HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business and/or Human Resources discipline.
- 5 years progressive Talent and HR practice experience.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM – CP or equal encouraged.
- Talent Delivery, Workforce Planning, Strategic, Business Development, Marketing, Critical Thinking, Communication, Customer Service and Collaboration competence.
