This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wausau, WI, for a Senior Identity Access Management Analyst. In this role, you will focus on managing and securing access to systems and data within the organization. Responsibilities include analyzing and implementing IAM solutions, maintaining compliance with security policies, troubleshooting access-related issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless user access across the system.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve current identity and access management processes
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge or experience in finance to manage IAM-related budget and resource allocation
- Proficiency in program management to lead and oversee IAM initiatives
- Experience in training users or teams on IAM tools and best practices
- Knowledge of relevant IAM tools, frameworks, and security protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Industry certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
