Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our PEDS team!

This is an hourly position, providing Pediatric care across Outpatient and Inpatient settings. It will provide intervention to address developmental delays impacting self-care routine, academic success, positive social and familial relationships, and self-regulation.

Common conditions referred to Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital/Wellness Center include:

• Autism
• Cerebral Palsy
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
• Sensory Disorders
• Childhood Trauma
• Chromosomal/Genetic Disorders.

HOURS: 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks, day shift, Monday-Friday

As an Occupational Therapist, you will

• Evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for patients in accordance with established Occupational Therapy standards.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care based on each patient’s diagnosis, age, and individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support continuity of care.

• Our Inpatient Therapy Team (PT, OT, ST) collaborates daily with hospitalists, nursing staff, and CNAs in Med/Surg and ICU units to ensure quality outcomes and smooth transitions of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License
• CPR Certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
