Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, MI is seeking a LABORATORY ASSISTANT II to join our team
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Phlebotomy
- Specimen processing and requisition
- Answering the phone
- Interacting directly with patients, physicians' office and other departments
HOURS: This position is Full Time; 0.75 FTE or 60 hours per pay period. Varied Shifts.
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of patient care standards and general office practices normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a hospital laboratory or other medical setting strongly preferred.
