Aspirus Keweenaw Hospitalin Laurium, MI is seeking a HOSPITAL SUPERVISOR to join our team
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the overall functioning of all nursing units and the provision of safe patient care on a shift basis. Services as a resource for other hospital departments during off shifts and weekends.
HOURS: Full Time; 0.9 FTE or 72 hours per pay period. Night Shift.
Experience/Qualifications
- RN Michigan Licensure
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- ACLS, BLS, NRP
- Three to five years of acute care experience
- One to two years supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication
- Working knowledge of various Microsoft applications and database concepts
- Ability to coach and mentor
- Possess interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact efficiently with all levels of hospital personnel
