Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility to work from home. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders under the age of 3. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based early intervention practices in a home-based settings and community. The role involves documenting progress, adjusting therapy goals, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support person-centered outcomes. The Speech Language Pathologist will also provide education and training to families and staff, participate in team meetings, and contribute to program development aligned with Aspiro’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated competence in Speech Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention across diverse populations.
- Strong skills in addressing Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to tailor strategies to individual needs and goals.
- Experience working with Language Disorders, including receptive and expressive language challenges, and implementing evidence-based approaches.
- Knowledge of Birth to Three and home visitation.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and current (or eligible) state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or in progress under appropriate supervision.
- Commitment to person-centered, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practice, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, manage a caseload, maintain accurate documentation, and use basic technology and telepractice tools as needed.
