We are looking to add STAR client service/administrative professionals to our dynamic and growing Client Service Operations Team as an Administrative Assistant. This roll is accountable for both Administrative and Associate work in a team setting to assist in replying to client needs and performing administrative tasks.
This position requires superb and highly polished client service skills. (So if excellent client service is not your thing – this probably isn’t the job for you.)

We will consider any combination of experience and education which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job. A typical way to acquire the requirements would be:
Primarily sedentary work in an office with minimal distractions; walking throughout the office. Learn and memorize tasks; execute tasks independently; apply knowledge and use judgment to manage situations. Occasionally exert up to ten pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Perform repetitive motions; substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers for computer keyboard operation. Use near visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing documents, operating a computer, and reading. Speak and hear to communicate with team members and clients by phone and in-person.

- Be part of a small team monitoring a joint email inbox and Business Process workflow queue throughout the day
- Become familiar with Client Service Operations policies and procedures
- Provide ad hoc support to Directors and Managers in the office
- Maintain client documents and records in accordance with compliance policies including filing hard copies and/or scanning of documents
- Establish and maintain client access to our online portal
- Greet clients and vendors at the front desk
- Be the liaison with Property Manager regarding maintenance and repair
- Prepare expense reports and light calendaring
- Ordering groceries and office supplies as needed
- Picking up and dropping off mail and overnight packages
- Primarily accountable for taking care of the kitchen and other common spaces, keeping them clean and restocking when necessary
- Participate in new hire onboardings
- Plan birthday celebrations and other office events
- Participate in departmental and ad hoc projects
