Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Lead cross-functional discussions involving business users, product management, development teams, architects, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze and evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process and system improvements.
- Define functional requirements, workflows, data flows, and solution designs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage requirement changes, conduct impact analysis, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project scope, objectives, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience in SAP environments.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), Finance (FI), and Materials Management (MM).
- Experience supporting SAP Enterprise Projects and large-scale business transformations.
- Hands-on experience working with integrated enterprise applications such as Salesforce, CPQ, and third-party integrations.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations and cross-functional SAP processes.
