Position: Sr. Frontend Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Frontend Engineer with strong frontend development experience, particularly in Angular, to support and enhance enterprise-level software applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and India, including senior developers, UX designers, business owners, and project managers, to deliver scalable and responsive UI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and enhance high-quality software modules within the product suite.
- Design, develop, and implement responsive, scalable UI components using Angular.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive, production-ready experiences.
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues raised by internal or external stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation for specifications, design, features, and operations prior to production rollout.
- Drive performance and availability improvements through solution enhancements.
- Communicate technical and operational issues effectively with both engineering and business leadership.
- Ensure adherence to technology and development standards throughout the SDLC.
- Explore and recommend innovative ideas or tools to improve system efficiency.
- Participate actively in code reviews, lead technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
- Continuously update skills and stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the product suite.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
- 3 years of hands-on experience developing Angular-based applications.
- Strong expertise in developing responsive web UIs.
- Experience with micro-frontends or modular UI architectures is preferred.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API integration.
- Familiarity with Java and relational databases (e.g., Oracle).
- Experience with version control and release management tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
