Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Finance & Projects Analyst to support and remediate customizations as part of an Oracle EBS upgrade from Release 12.2.10 to 12.2.15. This is a backfill role requiring a senior-level analyst who can work independently, support business users, and collaborate with IT teams and Oracle Support to ensure a successful upgrade.

The role focuses on Finance and Oracle Projects modules, with heavy involvement in validation, remediation, and technical support of EBS extensions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical development and production support for Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.x) Finance and Projects modules.
• Remediate, validate, and support customizations and extensions related to Finance and Oracle Projects during the EBS upgrade.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create functional/technical specification documents.
• Work closely with Oracle Support to identify and implement viable solutions.
• Support Change Management activities, including documentation and SOX controls (as applicable).
• Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the EBS 12.2.10 12.2.15 upgrade.
• Track deliverables and provide status reporting to management.
• Operate effectively in a multi-developer, team-based support environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
• Strong experience with Oracle Projects:
  • Project Accounting
  • Project Billing
  • Project Cost Management
• Experience with EBS integrations involving:
  • Inventory
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Accounts Payable
• 5 years of experience with:
  • SQL & PL/SQL
  • BI Publisher reporting
  • Oracle Workflow Builder
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS backend table structures.
• Experience with Oracle Database 19c or higher.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of Oracle APEX development experience.
• Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) personalizations and extensions.
• Prior experience supporting EBS upgrades.
• Experience working in large, enterprise Oracle support teams.
