This hands-on leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technical teams, driving complex programs that integrate AI capabilities, SAP systems, and customer-facing technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for Contact Center and e-Commerce technology initiatives
- Serve as primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive implementation of generative AI and agentic capabilities within customer-facing environments
- Manage cross-functional global teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Analyze and optimize complex business processes with focus on upstream/downstream impacts
- Own portfolio of initiatives with total accountability for delivery and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 10 years in product, project, or program management roles
- Hands-on experience with Contact Center systems (telephony, chat, workforce management) OR e-Commerce systems (payments, financing, order maintenance)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence at all organizational levels
- Experience as business-technical interface role with ownership of driving initiatives
- Global organization experience with proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification
