Role: Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Location: Plano, Texas - Onsite (8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6 PM)
Duration: 6 months
Experience: 10 Years

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from planning to delivery.
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and project status reporting.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate Developers, Admins, QA, and Architects.
- Oversee testing, UAT, releases, deployments, and documentation.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, DevOps, and CI/CD standards.
- 10 years of IT experience with 8 years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementations, preferably Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce development knowledge (Apex, APIs, Visualforce, Integrations, Java/JavaScript).
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
