Join us as a Residential Director with Aspire Health Alliance, where you will have the incredible opportunity to enhance the lives of clients! Your leadership skills will shine in a vibrant residential group home setting, where you will oversee residence operations and ensure that quality care and support are delivered with compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, supervising, and evaluating an amazing team of staff
  • Providing inspiring leadership and motivation to your staff
  • Managing fiscal responsibilities for individual and site funds, monitoring budgets, and addressing physical plant needs with enthusiasm
  • Serving as a vital liaison for service providers, families, and guardians
  • Monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of individuals, ensuring top-notch treatment quality, and participating in hands-on care
  • Ensuring all staff attend and complete cultural competency training and engaging live training events on special populations to enhance their skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing, with driving experience and a stellar driving record; access to a personal vehicle required
  • CPR, First Aid, and MAP certifications are mandatory
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in the human services field, with a solid understanding of community-based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations
  • Ability to be a flexible team player, provide inspiring leadership, motivate staff, and grow in this rewarding position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize an electronic health record system for clinical documentation

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to on-site work, this role includes exciting on-call responsibilities for the designated site throughout the week and rotating weekends for the network.

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.  Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $75,000 USD
