Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and maintain accurate records of employee and provider licensure documentation, ensuring all licenses are current, valid, and stored in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor license expiration dates and proactively notify employees and their respective directors of upcoming renewals to ensure no lapse in active licensure occurs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all licensure-related inquiries, coordinating with HR, directors, and employees to ensure timely submission of updated documentation.
- Verify the authenticity of submitted licenses through the appropriate state or national licensing boards, flagging any discrepancies or compliance concerns to the appropriate leadership.
- Maintain organized and confidential licensure records in the company's HR system, providing accurate reports to leadership as needed to support audits, compliance reviews, and staffing decisions.
- Coordinate reimbursement or licenses across departments and states
- Manage and organize collaborative tools across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills.
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data input and organization
- Proficiency in SmartSheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with frequent experience engaging with executive-level staff
- Located within a reasonable distance of Sandy, Utah preferred
- An ability to commute to the office at least 3 times a week
- No weekend or holiday commitment
