At Aspire Tours, we believe the journey is just as important as the destination. We specialize in high-quality hiks, scenic drives, and private excursions across the Front Range. As a Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of the adventure—helping guests from the moment they inquire until long after their tour ends.
The Role
This is a flexible, hybrid position (Denver-based) designed for someone who is tech-savvy and highly organized. Your primary mission is to ensure smooth operations and drive sales by:
- Elevating the Guest Experience: Handling inquiries via phone, text, and email with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Driving Growth: Managing inbound sales for private/corporate groups and following up with leads to help them find the perfect tour.
- Supporting the Mission: Coordinating real-time logistics with our tour guides and maintaining our booking systems.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: A background in customer service or sales (tourism/hospitality experience is a huge plus!).
- Communication: Professional, clear, and engaging verbal and written skills.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly master booking platforms and messaging apps.
- Flexibility: Availability for afternoon weekday shifts and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
