Aspire Therapy & Development Services, a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing mental health team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, and desires to work within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team helping to expand our mental and behavioral health services at our Madison and Verona clinics located in beautiful south-central Wisconsin!
The ideal candidate would serve full-time in this role, but a part-time position is a possibility. This position may also include supervisory responsibilities.

- Create appropriate treatment plans and interventions for patients and families based on evaluation findings.
- Provide direct clinical services and individual/group therapy to children and families.
- Collaborate within the Aspire team to provide appropriate therapy for patient.
- Refer patients to other disciplines for consultation and evaluations as indicated.
- Provide expertise and education to our multidisciplinary team.
- Current Wisconsin license or eligibility for licensure.
- Master’s Degree or higher in appropriate field.
- Experience in a pediatric clinical setting is preferred.
