Technical Lead (.Net + Reactjs)

Position: Technical Lead – Full Stack

Location: Des Moines, IA

Work Model: Hybrid / On-site

Duration: 6 Month

Rate: $65/hr - $70/hr on c2c

Experience: 8–12 years

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the technical design and development of enterprise applications using React.js and .NET / C#.

· Provide technical direction to a team of software engineers.

· Design modern frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, React Hooks and state-management patterns.

· Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.

· Define reusable components, coding standards, design patterns, and development practices.

· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

· Work with Solution Architects and other technical leads on end-to-end solution design.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

· Support estimation, sprint planning, technical refinement and delivery planning.

· Mentor developers and help build technical capabilities within the team.

· Partner with QA and DevOps teams to establish automated testing and CI/CD practices.

· Support deployment and release activities across development, test and production environments.
