Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our team as a Medical Records/Central Supply This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining and organizing resident medical records while also managing central supply.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, organize, and secure medical records in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.
Assist with the preparation, filing, and retrieval of resident health information as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and medical providers.
Support the facility team with additional clerical or resident-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in medical records, clerical work, or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
