Position: Dietary Aide
Location: Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill - Pleasant Hill, MO
Shifts: 8hrs. Day/Evening Shift (6am-2pm & 1pm-8pm) *Potential for additional hours!

Dietary Aide Responsibilities/Duties:
- Meal Preparation and Service: Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines and residents' preferences.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment, following health and safety protocols.
- Resident Interaction: Engage with residents respectfully, addressing their dietary needs and preferences with a friendly attitude.
- Compliance: Adhere to all dietary procedures, facility policies, and state/federal regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a dietary, kitchen, or food service role is a plus, especially in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
- Must have an active Food Handler certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
