As a CDM, you will perform various duties
- Responsible for supervision of the overall operation of our dietary service.
- Oversee production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and safety for all food preparation.
- Establish the dietary department policies and procedures of our resident’s plan of care.
- Assists in the development of the department budget and maintains costs.
- Schedules department working hours, personnel work assignments, etc., to maintain quality patient care.
- Ensure food quality and resident expectations are always met.
You should be highly committed to best practices, knowledgeable of compliance requirements, and able to perform well within a team environment. An ethos of compassion and sincerity coupled with strong communication skills are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Type: $16-18/hr DOE
Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Show proof of CDM
- Experience with managing a kitchen
