Aspire Senior Living Platte City is currently Searching for a caring and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility setting. We are looking for an Administrator who has the desire to create an environment where staff members are highly focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to our residents and family. Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:Assure the Facility operates in full compliance with federal and state requirements. Manage day to day operations of the facility and keep organization on track for long term goals. Establish Safe working environment for the team members.Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents individual care plans are being followed Create and maintain a budgetEnsure proper health care services to residents by planning and being accountable for all activities and departments of the facility subject to rules and regulations. Act as the "Face" of the organization to the public, and residents families.
