About the Role:
As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will oversee the clinical operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for managing nursing staff, developing care plans, and overseeing patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure they meet the needs of residents
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided to residents
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care facilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to residents

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
