What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts.
