Pay Rate: $27.50 - $32hr
Rotating Weekends. Part-Time & Full-Time available (Day, Evening & Night)
Increase Shift Differential available - Up to $4hr!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at Aspire Senior Living Carthage, providing exceptional care to our residents in a state-of-the-art senior living community. The Evening Shift LPN will be responsible for administering medications, conducting vital signs, and providing wound care, among other duties. As a valued member of our care team, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
About the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties include:
Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, conducting vital signs, and providing wound care
Assisting with resident activities and daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including medication administration records and resident charts
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Evening rounds, report writing, and coordination of care with other departments
Requirements:
Current and Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
Preferred experience in a long-term/skilled nursing facility or related setting
