Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Contract LPN/RN Night Shift to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a critical member of our care community, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
Conduct routine vital sign checks, reports any changes or concerns to the nursing team, and documents accurately in resident records
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent resident outcomes and care
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Active & valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri
Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Note: This position is intended for local contract Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
Salary : $40 - $45
